About This Site

Etsy’s fees aren’t complicated to understand once you see them laid out — the hard part is that they’re scattered across half a dozen different help pages, they change by country, and most of them never show up until your payout actually lands. We built this calculator to put all of that in one place, with real numbers, so you can price a listing with confidence instead of guessing.

What You’ll Find Here

This site is built around one core tool: a calculator that works out exactly what Etsy charges on a sale — listing fees, transaction fees, payment processing, regional charges, and anything else that applies to your country — and what that leaves you with. Alongside it, you’ll find calculators built for specific situations (different countries, print-on-demand, digital downloads) and guides that explain each fee in plain language.

Why Accuracy Matters to Us

Every rate used in these calculators is sourced directly from Etsy’s own fee and policy pages, not estimated or guessed. Etsy updates these rates from time to time, often without much announcement, so we review them periodically and keep this content current. If your own Etsy statement ever shows a different number than our default, every calculator also lets you type in your exact rate manually — the goal is for the tool to match your real account, not just a generic average.

Your Privacy

Every calculation on this site runs completely in your browser. Nothing you type — your prices, your costs, your numbers — is sent to a server or stored anywhere. You can close the browser tab and nothing is kept.

Questions or Found an Error?

Etsy’s fee structure does change, and if you ever spot a number here that doesn’t match what Etsy charges you, we want to know. Get in touch with us and we’ll look into it.
